DA recommends denying Menendez brothers new trial

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman has recommended the Menendez brothers not be given a new trial for the 1989 murders of their parents. Hochman cited numerous issues with alleged new evidence in the brothers' latest petition.
