Trump signs Laken Riley Act into law, orders Guantanamo open

Donald Trump signed the Laken Riley Act into law, which requires detainment of illegal immigrants accused of serious crimes. Trump also ordered the detention center at Guantanamo opened to potentially house deported immigrants.
