Kathryn Barger opposes Newsom's effort to 'Trump-proof' California

The LA County Board of Supervisors voted 4 to 1to pass a resolution supporting Newsom's effort to 'Trump-proof' the state of California. Supervisor Kathryn Barger was the sole dissenting vote. She spoke to FOX 11 about her decision and why she's against Newsom's effort to 'Trump-proof' the state.
