Biden defends mental acuity

Biden got heated after being asked about his cognitive state. Special counsel Robert Hur's report suggested 'Biden's memory appeared to have significant limitations' and he would likely appear before a jury as a 'sympathetic, well meaning elderly man with a poor memory' after he confused his time as vice president and couldn't remember when his son Beau died.
