Man arrested for Malibu crash out on bond

Fraser Bohm, the driver charged with the murders of four Pepperdine University students, has been released on bond. Bohm's attorney claims he was the victim of a road rage incident. Los Angeles County George Gasc?n said Bohm was traveling 104 miles per hour in a 45 mile per hour zone.
