Biden, McCarthy reach debt ceiling deal

President Joe Biden and House Speaker Rep. Kevin McCarthy announced Saturday that the two sides have agreed in principle to a deal that would raise the debt ceiling, days before the U.S. was projected to default on its loans by June 5. Congress still needs to approve the deal.
