Does 'Fast X' movie glorifies street racing?

Some LA residents are concerned that "Fast X" and the "Fast and Furious" film series as a whole, promote and glorify dangerous street racing and street takeovers, especially in the community of Angeleno Heights, where the house in the films is located.
