Miguel Santiago running to replace Kevin de Le�n on LA's City Council

California Assemblymember Miguel Santiago is running to unseat Kevin de Le�n as a member of the Los Angeles City Council in the 2024 election, a decision he called "difficult" for a number of reasons.
