Ron Jeremy declared mentally incompetent to stand trial in rape case

Porn star Ron Jeremy is mentally incompetent to stand trial for rape and other charges, a Los Angeles judge ruled Tuesday. Jeremy is facing charges involving 21 alleged victims.
