Tioni Theus may be victim of human trafficking says DA Gascón

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón announced Wednesday that 16-year-old Tioni Theus may have been the victim of human trafficking. The body of the teen was found alongside the 110 Freeway earlier this month.
