Proposal to name LA street after Vicente Fern?ndez

A street in Boyle Heights could soon be named after Vicente Fern?ndez. LA City Councilman Kevin de Leon introduced a motion today to rename Bailey Street between 1st Street and Pennsylvania Avenue after the late Mexican singer.
