'Two O?Clock Rock Burglar' suspected in 60 burglaries at mom-and-pop shops in the San Fernando Valley

Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department?s Devonshire Division are seeking the public?s help in identifying a commercial burglary suspect dubbed the, ?Two O?Clock Rock? burglar that has targeted over sixty businesses in the San Fernando Valley this past year.
