BANNING, Calif. (FOX 11) - The tragic Ghost Ship fire in Oakland that killed 36 people put a spotlight on the lengths people will go to find housing.

In the city of Banning, a giant unfinished business complex is the home for dozens of squatters - sometimes as many as 50.
