SAN DIEGO COUNTY, Calif. - One person is dead after a bluff collapsed Friday afternoon in Encinitas.
Officials with the San Diego County Sheriff's Office responded to the 1700 block of Neptune Ave. north of Grandview Beach around 3 p.m.
Several people were injured during the collapse.
