Central American migrants in Tijuana were moved away Friday from the border to a new shelter.

Mexican health officials said the conditions are unsanitary and could lead to a hepatitis outbreak.

The migrants are now being sheltered in what used to be a concert venue called El Barretal.

FOX 11's Gina Silva went to Tijuana to document the conditions and interview the migrants.
