Kaiser Permanente healthcare workers to picket at SoCal medical facilities

LOS ANGELES - Kaiser Permanente health care workers are set to hit the picket lines Wednesday morning. 

Employees say they are short-staffed, and that this crisis is impacting patients and caregivers. 

Picketing starts at 6 a.m. at medical facilities across Southern California. The move does not mean the employees are striking.
