Touching video shows 8-year-old trying to communicate with mom after brain aneurysm

The bond between a mother and child is so strong nothing can come between it.

Not even a brain aneurysm.

That's 8-year-old Holly Schuab at Children's Hospital in Dallas being treated for a brain aneurysm.

In this heart-wrenching video her mom is trying to communicate with her.

She can't talk because she has a breathing tube in her mouth.

But Holly is conscious.

She responds by shaking and nodding her head.

When her mom asked if she wanted broccoli for lunch, she shook her head -- no.

Even though she can barely move, Holly was able to tell her mom she loved her by squeezing her hand.

Right now they are taking it one step at a time, but her mom says 'they are grateful Holly is still here with us.'
