Study: Smartphone addiction creates imbalances in brain

Turns out that all that swiping and texting - may not be good for you.

A new study says smartphone and internet addictions are changing your brains!

Korean researchers studied about 40-teens and found a connection between cellphone dependence and how that affects your brain's ability to focus.

The study concluded that a heavy reliance on your smartphone damages your ability to be attentive - and leads to increased levels of anxiety and depression.

However, the effects were not permanent.

After nine-weeks of behavioral therapy, the imbalance seemed to correct itself.
