Shooting at a West Hills park leaves 1 dead, another person injured

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX 11) - UPDATE: Two killed in shooting at park in West Hills

One person was shot and killed Wednesday night and another rushed to the hospital following a shooting at Shadow Ranch Park in the West Hills area of Los Angeles.

LAPD says one of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene.

Paramedics transported one person to the hospital but their sex or gender was not immediately revealed. The condition of that victim is unknown.

Details are limited and police do not yet have a description of the gunman and no arrests have been made. It's unknown if this incident is gang-related.

The investigation is ongoing.
