Surveillance video from a nearby business caught a woman described as a black woman with black hair and brown eyes, 30-40 years old, 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighing 180-200 pounds, approaching a child walking with a relative and tried to walk away with the 4-year-old boy. The boy's father arrived during this and tried putting the child into the car but witnesses say the woman climbed into the vehicle.
