Police need help in locating missing 84-year-old woman

(FOX 11) - The family of Maria Teresa Cruz and the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public's help in locating her.

Maria was last seen on September 29, 2016, in the 800 block of World Way Avenue

(Los Angeles International Airport) in the city of Los Angeles. She has not been seen or

heard from since, and her family is extremely concerned for her welfare. She takes medication for a pre-existing condition.

Maria is described as an 84-year-old female Hispanic with gray hair and brown eyes. She stands

5 feet tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds.
