Michael Fino turned himself in on Tuesday, after third party video of the Sept. 25 attack was circulated, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Fino was booked on suspicion of felony battery, according to Officer Tony Im of the LAPD's Media Relations Section.

The assault occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 25 near the intersection of Pacific and Winward avenues where the man was seen punching the woman during an argument, according to Sgt. Gregory Probst with the Los Angeles Police Department's Pacific Division.
