This year’s West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval will celebrate the disco era that paved the way to the City’s incorporation in 1984. The Los Angeles Haunted Hayride returns to its darker and more disturbing roots with this year’s brand new and most innovative theme to date, 'Secret Society.'
