Driver killed in fiery Fullerton crash

FULLERTON (FOX 11 / CNS) - A motorist was killed early Wednesday morning in a fiery crash in Fullerton, police said.

The crash occurred around 1 a.m. near the area of Harbor and Brea boulevards.

The driver crashed into businesses under construction in the area before the vehicle caught fire, according to reports from the scene. The driver was pronounced dead.

Police closed the intersection for the crash investigation. Police told reporters at the scene that speed may have been a factor in the crash.
