Car crash sparks small brush fire above Azusa

(FOX 11) - A car crash sparked a three-acre brush fire in the Angeles National Forest about five miles above Azusa.

The vehicle flew off Highway 39 at mile marker 23, and landed about 100 feet down the hillside.

This happened near the San Gabriel Dam around 5:30 this afternoon.

The driver did not survive.
