Star Wars fans get ready! Galaxy's Edge is set to open May 31st at Disneyland. The new land will feature two attractions, four restaurants, and nine different retail locations with hundreds of unique items to take home.

Disney says Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is the largest and most technologically advanced themed land in Disney Park history. It spans more than 14 acres and more than 7,000 props were created.

Guests will get to explore a remote planet full of unique sights and sounds. People will also get to eat special 'galactic' food and drinks.

Disney plans to open the land in phases to allow guests to enjoy the one-of-a-kind experience as soon as possible.

The new land will have two thrilling attractions, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance which will open by the end of 2019.

In Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, guests will climb into the cockpit and take control of the Falcon. There are three roles guests can play: pilot, gunner and flight engineer; six guests will be placed into each group. Park officials say the ride combines immersive storytelling with interactive gameplay to make guests the protagonists of their own adventure.

According to Disney, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, is one of the most advanced and immersive experiences ever done by Walt Disney Imagineering. The ride takes guests in the middle of a climactic battle between the First Order and the Resistance. The park says it's a thrilling adventure that blurs the lines between fantasy and reality.

A day at the park wouldn't be complete without food. The park will have several different dining options that will transport guests into another world. The restaurants include: Oga's Cantina, Ronto Roasters, Milk Stand and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.

At Oga's Cantina guests can enjoy exotic beverages like the spicy Bloody Rancor, the foamy Fuzzy Tauntaun or the fruity Carbon Freeze. Ronto Roasters and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo offer hungry guests with out-of-the-world barbecue, grilled sausage and there's also some unusual dishes, like smoked Kaadu ribs, fried Endorian Tip-yip and Batuubon for dessert.

If you ever wondered what Blue Milk tastes like--you can soon find the answer at the Milk Stand. Guests will be able to try both Blue Milk and Green Milk in a colorful frozen drink.

In addition to food and merchandise, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge will also have a unique guest engagement. Galaxy's Edge is the first land at a Disney park designed to integrate with the Play Disney Parks mobile app. The app, which debuted last year, offers an interactive experience for guests to engage with the land. They will be able to translate the galactic language, learn what's hidden inside crates and containers. Guests can also participate in multiplayer games throughout the land.

For those wanting to travel to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge won't open in Hollywood Studios until Aug. 29, 2019.
