'Devil incarnate': OC District Attorney believes Golden State Killer deserved death penalty

Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer said during a Good Day LA interview Tuesday that he believed Joseph DeAngelo, also known as the Golden State Killer, deserved the death penalty, but he was sentenced to live in prison without the possibility of parole. Spitzer said that was what the families of the victims wanted, since the case had already extended several decades and going to trial would've taken much longer.
