Lisa Guerrero Talks About Viola Davis Emotional Emmy Speech

It was an emotional moment that was long overdue at the Emmy Awards. Viola Davis delivered a powerful speech after becoming the first black woman to win Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. She earned the Award for her performance in "How to Get Away With Murder." But critics say much work remains in the effort to diversify Hollywood.

One of those critics is TV host Lisa Guerrero. She Tweeted "Dear Hollywood, Congrats 2 the white & African-American women who won #Emmys tonight. Hopefully you'll soon that Latinas also exist." Lisa talked to Lauren Sivan and Bob DeCastro about the progress that has been made and what still remains to be done.
