LOS ANGELES (FOX 11) - Police chases are nothing new in Southern California. But we’re all still talking about the one Thursday involving two burglary suspects.
They led officers through Hollywood and the Hollywood Hills, in the rain, in a convertible with the top down. They took photos, waved to other drivers and even had a run-in with a TMZ tour bus.
It finally came to an end in South Los Angeles with cheering crowds.
Does media coverage encourage these type of events? Social commentator and political analyst Jasmyne Cannick talked about the coverage on Studio 11 LA.
