WATCH: Reporter shuts down Win Butler from talking politics

Fresh off being named Celebrity Game MVP in Toronto last night, Arcade Fire's Win Butler wasn't about to leave without sending out this PSA.

In an interview with ESPN reporter Sage Steele, the Canadian band frontman decided to bring up healthcare reform - and what he suggested should be an example to all Americans.

"I just wanted to say, it's an election year in the U.S., the U.S. has a lot it can learn from Canada, health care, taking caring of people," Butler said. "And I think…"

Steele quickly put an end to the monologue.

"We're talking about celebrity stuff, not politics," she said smoothly. "Congratulations on your MVP!"
