Shaquille O'Neal returns to LA for Lakers event

Shaq is back!

He's not only one of the biggest people on the planet but he has one of the biggest personalities in the sports world, and now Shaquille O'Neal has returned to the Lakers. He's 45 years old, so there's no chance he's come out of retirement but he has come back to the Lakers at the request of team owner and President Jeanne Buss.

Shaq hasn't been around the team that he won 3 championships since he was traded away in 2004. Two seasons ago the Lakers retired his jersey to the rafters at Staples center.

The Lakers are in the middle of one of their worst ever seasons, and the Buss family has been calling on the Laker legends to help keep the ship afloat. Shaq came back to be a part of the 12th annual Lakers "All Access" event, where big sponsors and special guests can rub elbows with Laker legends, take a tour of the Laker locker room and take pictures with Championship trophies.
