Ronda Rousey calls out Photoshop image: 'This goes against everything I believe'

- Don't try to Photoshop Ronda Rousey -- she'll call you out.

The UFC fighter posted a photo on Instagram after her appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon." Fans quickly began questioning if the image had been altered and asking why her arms and face looked smaller.

Rousey responded to fans soon after with another Instagram post of the retouched and unaltered photos side by side.

The post included a heartfelt apology:

"I have to make an apology to everyone - I was sent a picture to share on social for Fallon that was altered without me knowing to make my arms look smaller," she wrote in the caption. "I won't say by who - I know it was done with severely misplaced positive intentions - but this goes against everything I believe and I am extremely proud of every inch of my body. And I can assure you all it will never happen again. I could not be more appalled and hope you all forgive me"

Rousey has long been a champion of body positivity, even appearing on the 2016 cover of Sports Illustrated's swimsuit edition.

"I think it's femininely badass as f--- because there's not a single muscle on my body that isn't for a purpose," she said in a July 2015 UFC video.
