Football superstar Herschel Walker talks Hall Of Fame, NFL, and workouts

Football superstar Herschel Walker joins Liz Habib on Studio 11 to talk about the Hall of Fame, the College Football Playoff Series, running backs in the NFL and his legendary workout routine.

Walker says you can throw out his USFL playing days and look only at his NFL numbers to see why he should be elected into the 2016 NFL Hall of Fame Class. Walker led the Georgia Bulldogs to the National Championship in 1981 and won the Heisman Trophy in 1982. He likes the current College Football Playoffs but says they need to add more teams.

He talks about Adrian Peterson, Demarco Murray and the current great running backs in the NFL and how they compare to him. And the legend is true, he has never lifted a weight in his life, he works out every day, focuses on isometrics, and stays within 3 pounds of his playing weight.

Walker who is also an MMA fighter with a 2-0 record, is promoting the MMA Bellator fight Saturday night on SpikeTV featuring legend Tito Ortiz and world champion Liam McGeary.
