NEW YORK, NY (FOX 11) - One Dodgers fan got a very memorable experience at the team's game against the Yankees in New York this week.
Alyssa Gerharter was at Yankee Stadium for the game on Monday night when she went to catch a ball Yasiel Puig tossed into the stands.
But the ball struck Gerharter in the face and knocked out one of her front teeth!
She shared photos on Twitter of the ordeal even mentioning that she went to the ER.
Gerharter recovered just fine however, and was even back in the stands at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday night where she got to meet Puig and he gave her a signed baseball.
Puig shared a photo of the pair on Twitter, writing, "Had to make sure my friend was OK after she was hit with a ball."
