UPDATE: One Girl, 11, Found; Police Seek Public's Help In Finding Other Girl, 16

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - One of two missing girls being sought by Los Angeles police in separate cases was located safe today. Police today sought the public's help in finding two girls, ages 11 and 16, in two separate cases, who both disappeared Friday. In the Koreatown area, Madelyn Rosales, 11, was located about 1:30 p.m. after spending the night at a friend's house, according to Lt. Marco Munoz of the LAPD's Olympic Station. She had last been seen about 6:40 p.m Friday in the 100 block of Vermont Avenue, according to the LAPD.

The search continued, however, for Samone Magee, 16, who was last seen about 11 p.m Friday in the 2000 block of Zonal Avenue in Boyle Heights. Magee suffers from a medical condition that requires daily medication.

She was described as black, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 185 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, pink pants, a blue and black jacket and gray tennis shoes. Police asked anyone with information regarding Magee's whereabouts to call (877) 527-3247.
