TSA Agent Under Investigation After Denying Teen Right To Film Pat-Down

(Right This Minute) A TSA agent is under investigation for calling the police on a teenager who was filming the agent during a pat-down.

The teen told the agent he was within his rights--and he was. According to its website, "TSA does not prohibit the public, passengers or press from photographing, videotaping or filming at security checkpoints, as long as the screening process is not interfered with or slowed down."

TSA put out a statement after the video was released saying the agent is has been reassigned until their investigation is complete.
