'Spring Awakening' At Wallis Annenberg Theatre In Beverly Hills

(FOX 11) Many people are familiar with the controversial coming-of-age story told in the play "Spring Awakening."

Performing today on Good Day L.A. is a special production of "Spring Awakening" because it was created by Deaf West Theatre, and they incorporate sign language into the choreography.

The play is directed by Michael Arden. You may be familiar with Michael from his years on Broadway and television shows, especially his role on Anger Management with Charlie Sheen—which now airs in syndication on KCOP, channel 13 here in Southern California.

This production of "Spring Awakening" runs through this weekend, with a final performance on Sunday, June 14th, 2015 at the Wallis Annenberg Performing Arts Center in Beverly Hills.
