YouTube star donates thousands to hurricane first responders

YouTube superstar Jake Paul is putting some of his YouTube cash toward helping victims of Hurricane Harvey.

Paul posted this video of a trip he made to Houston several months ago to help victims of the hurricane flooding.

The YouTube star says he was so moved, that he wanted to do more to help. That's why he wrote a big check to the LA Police Protective League to help first responders, who themselves suffered damage from the hurricane.

The Police Protective League now has about $22,000 to go to those first responders.

Police, fire, and emergency medical technicians were among the 30 to 40-thousand who lost their homes.
