VIDEO: Woman confronts, chases video voyeur out of Target store

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (FOX 11) - A dramatic confrontation took place in Florida. A woman chases a convicted video voyeur out of a Target store.

The woman was shopping for bikinis last week at a Target in Jacksonville, when a man walked up and asked about underwear.

The woman chases him out into the parking lot! She claims the same guy harassed her at a different store two-years ago.

The man was so rattled by the confrontation, that he sped away from the store. Police caught him and charged with him reckless driving.

A woman named Candice Spivey posted this video on Facebook. It's gotten more than one-point-six million views.

50-other women have come forward, claiming the same man approached them.

He's identified as 31-year old Jeffrey Polizzi. In 2009, he got caught hiding a camera in his shoe and recording women in dressing rooms.

But authorities say what he did last week in the Target was not illegal.
