(FOX 11) - A man in England is being hailed a hero after he rushed to the aid of an elderly woman who called him by accident, The Chronicle reports.
Dang Vuong, a car sales manager for a BMW dealership, was working when a woman dialed the wrong number and called the dealership.
The elderly woman "slipped while running a bath" and meant to call her granddaughter, according to The Chronicle.
Vuong, 34, did not think twice about leaving work and rushing to help her.
"When I arrived, she was in shock more than anything, there was blood on her face and the bath was overflowing," Vuong told The Chronicle. "I told her who I was and then scooped her up and put her on the sofa and covered her with a blanket and waited until her caretakers and family came."
The woman's granddaughter, Sara Tweedy, also expressed her thanks on Facebook.
"We can't thank him enough for what he done for her, there really is some caring and thoughtful people out there that don't get recognized for what the do," Tweedy wrote.
