New study finds traffic is bad for your health

Sitting in traffic can be stressful and harmful to your health!

According to a new study from the University of Surrey, researchers found drivers caught in traffic jams face great exposure to toxic fumes.

Pollution levels inside cars were as much as 40 percent higher for vehicles stopped at red lights.

Medical experts say that too much exposure can lead to premature death, disease, and other health problems.

Researchers did have some recommendations such as, keeping your windows shut and your fans turned off.

Also, increase the distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
