Concert Security Guard Momentarily Unconscious After Trespassing Teen Kicks His Head

A trespassing teen kicked a security guard in the head. The security guard was working to remove all of the trespassing teens from the premises when the incident that left him momentarily unconscious happened.

Police arrested a suspect in the case.
