This time, cellphone video shows a San Diego County Sheriff's deputy tazing a 13-year-old runaway boy who repeatedly refused to cooperate and then bit the sheriff's deputy.
Video of the incident has led to some calls for the deputy to be fired. The child's mother has apologized for her son's behavior.
Deputy Jeremy Banks was looking for the teen who had been reported missing by his mother for the fifth time.
The deputy asked the boy to get into the patrol car several times....but the kid refused. The boy then bit the deputy when the officer tried to handcuff him...prompting the deputy to taze him.
