INGLEWOOD (CNS/FOX 11) - Police were investigating the armed robbery of a Brink's armored truck Friday outside a Wells Fargo bank in Inglewood.

It happened about 9 a.m. in the 400 block of South Market Street, said Inglewood police Lt. Jacqueline Layne. According to the preliminary investigation, one of the guards got out of the truck and was approached by a man with a handgun, Layne said.
