Tommy Ford, star of '90s comedy 'Martin,' dies

(FOX 11) - Tommy Ford, known for his role as Tommy Strawn on the '90s sitcom "Martin," has died, his family confirmed.

He was 54.

The actor passed away Wednesday surrounded by family and friends.

"He was so dearly loved by so many and for that lets all be grateful for a life well served," an Instagram post reads in part.

TMZ reports that Ford had been on life support after an aneurysm ruptured in his abdomen. He was hospitalized Sunday, and his health declined, according to the website. Ford's family made the decision to turn off support Wednesday afternoon.
