Midday Sunday: Coyote Killing And Teacher Appreciation Week

(FOX 11) Today's edition of Midday Sunday begins with the controversy over proposals to kill coyotes living near homes in several parts of Southern California's urban interface with undeveloped areas.

California wildlife officials are considering several proposals which will go into effect next year. One of today's guests is Randi Feilich from the organization known as Project Coyote.

It is advocating for non-lethal ways to control the coyote population. The organization's site is www.projectcoyote.org.

Today's other guests are school teacher Ayde Bravo and Juan Ramirez who also a teacher however he is currently a vice-president United Teachers Los Angeles.
