NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - The NYPD wants to find the man who threw merchandise at a worker inside a deli on Flushing Avenue in Brooklyn while demanding a bagel.
Video of the suspect yelling and striking the counter at about 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 25 inside the Hi Mango store was released by police on Wednesday.
The audio is muted but the man demands a "cinnamon toast cinnamon raisin bagel with bacon, egg and cheese right now."
The irate man hit the 25-year-old worker on the head and body causing bruising and swelling, according to cops. The victim was treated at Wyckoff Hospital.
The suspect fled the scene. He is described as Hispanic, in his late teens or early twenties with a thin build and a dark beard. He was last seen wearing green clothing.
