Woman suspected of defacing several downtown L.A. landmarks has been arrested

A 37-year-old woman suspected of defacing several downtown historical landmarks has been arrested.
Victoria Bay, a transient has been booked for felony vandalism.
 Bay was picked up in downtown for having an open container in public.
Officers then recognized her as their graffiti suspect.
Police say this is security video of Bay spray painting on the walls of The Hall of Justice, Hall of Records, and The Criminal Justice Center.
