Man who claims he was illegally deported to Nicaragua returns to U.S.

(FOX 11) - Cesar Robleto, a U.S. citizen who spent time in immigration jail and then claims he was illegally deported to Nicaragua, has returned to the United States and trying to get back on his feet.

"I just broke down and started crying... I really did."
