Two suspects on the loose after a shooting in San Fernando

(CNS/FOX 11) - Two suspects are outstanding after a shooting in San Fernando. The search for the shooters led to scary moments for passengers on a Metro bus.

Los Angeles police were called at 5:25 p.m. to assist counterparts from the San Fernando Police Department in a suspect search in the area of Herrick Avenue and Brownell Street, authorities said.

A gunshot victim later turned up at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, according to reports from the scene, but that person's age, gender and condition were not immediately available.

San Fernando police were leading the investigation.
